Friday night 9-27-24 Our server was excellent, and the food was very good. I had the chicken fajitas' and asked for the veggies to be cooked well done and they were. that doesn't usually happen at other places. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well. We did not think the guacamole made table side was anything special or worth the price. The guac that came with the fajitas was better. Our drinks took forever to get to us. When the waitress brought the check (I think she said, because it was so loud, I really couldn't hear her) we gave you the $10 desert because the drinks took so long. Quite honestly, they should have bought the drinks! But it was a nice gesture. They had a DJ which is all fine and good if you don't want to have a conversation at your table. They were very nice to ask if we wanted to be around the DJ and sat us in the separate room, however it was right by the door and so it didn't really make a difference. We asked a few times if they could close the door a little and even though the waitress said yes, they never did. NOW.... here is the kicker! My friend went to the hostess stand to very nicely ask if the DJ could lower the volume little, but before she could actually ask that question, the "hostess" a young immature girl said, "who are you??", "why are you standing in my space??"!!! Taken aback, my friend was mortified that this immature, doesn't deserve to be working with the public child spoke to her, a PAYING customer said that took the mature road and just walked away.

Went for a taco tequila tasting and the food was amazing. Will definitely go back just for the food alone.

Excellent service, delicious food, amazing drinks. Our dishes were all fresh and expedited fast with everything cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to Mesita in a while and I forgot how much I love it there. The waitstaff is just awesome. They are always checking in and so helpful. The drinks are delish and so on trend. The menu selection is vast and they are always willing to accommodate for dietary restrictions. I had a burrito bowl and my friend had the taco trio. The portions were big enough for us both to be able to take home leftovers. We finished the meal with cappuccinos and churros. The space is big - great place for a private event or holiday party. I will definitely be back soon.

Loved the fresh guacamole being made in front of you! The food was delicious and I throughly enjoyed my coconut pineapple margarita! It’s a good time at Masita.

Been there a few times. Never a disappointment. Great food and even better drinks. Recommend the Black Manhattan.

Our server was amazing. He really made the experience great for us. Steak was so juicy and flavorful. Drinks were great especially the pumpkin bear and margaritas.
