Our server was amazing. He really made the experience great for us. Steak was so juicy and flavorful. Drinks were great especially the pumpkin bear and margaritas.

I might have an older review on here raving about this spot but refusing to go anymore due to the awful 2 hostesses they had at the door greeting you. It seems so trivial to stop going to a great spot for that reason, but these two younger girls were that bad, and I know a lot of people agreed. In the interim, my son and I did support the Garden City location even though the RVC spot is literally across the street from me. Anyway, 2 years passed, and my son and I needed a quick spot to eat, so we decided to try Mesita again, hoping these 2 were gone. Alas, they were out, and it was a joyous experience again and will be back in our rotation. Terrific place now with those 2 toxic people out of there. Hopefully, no one else hired them at their establishments, but I guess that will be their problem. For us, we're back and very happy about it!

Mesita is a great place to have a lunch or a dinner. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. I would definitely return even though I live rather far away. To me it deserves a five star review. The only drawback was the noise level. We arrived at 7:45 and the restaurant was quite noisy. By 9:15 many patrons had left and the noise was much less.

The waitress was slow in bringing our drinks. She never came to ask how the food was I actually had a problem with it because it was burnt I wound up getting someone else to fix the problem. Would I go back ? Not so sure. It wasn’t so crowded so I feel like the service was really lacking.

Good food. Good service. Tables are tight fit for 6 when trying to eat fajita dinner.
