The Merricks Store is open every day 8.30am - 5pm.

Our talented kitchen team turn the very best of fresh, seasonal ingredients into the most delicious seasonal-inspired country cuisine.

Enjoy breakfast or a long lunch by the fire or on one of our decks. Select from an extensive range of local wines as well as local beers and cider.

BREAKFAST 8:30am - 11am
LUNCH 12pm - 3:30pm

With the exception of events & our food truck, our bistro is not open for dinner.

Outstanding as always Our waiter was excellent and very friendly. Food was exceptional. We had the pork and chicken, carrots as a side dish.

Food was amazing as always. Service awesome and just an amazing lazy Sunday lunch. We just love this place!

The food and service at MGS is consistently excellent. The desserts were a stand-up- we shared the pavlova with jalapeno ice cream (a real surprise) and the warm cherry galette with cola icecream. Our main dishes were perfectly cooked. Service could not be faulted. Will be back ASAP. THANK YOU.

The team, the food, the venue - all wonderful. A true local gem. We had the duck rillettes which was a perfect portion and so tasty. And the Beef Tartare was full of flavour. Two beautiful dishes. Highly recommend

always a favorite, and did not disappoint this visit. Food out of this world, top notch service, and a beautiful setting - I can never say enough good things about the Merricks country store, definitely a stop that should be on everyone’s itinerary!!

Deceptively simple beautiful food. Terrific service with just the right level of attentiveness. Impeccably maintained rustic decor and ambience. All came together for a memorable lunch - thank you!
