We ate outside and it was lovely...however our table was next to the sidewalk where the golfers walked to their carts and about 100 walked past with clubs over an hour

The appointments of the restaurant are lovely - comfortable booths, nice four tops, and great lighting. The food was good (one salmon and one steak entree) with the Brussels being the stand out. Wish it would have been a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the patio which looked great.

Ordered ribeye for 4 of us to share with sides. Ordered medium rare and came out well done. Manager came out and said they would remake another steak and suggested we keep the sides and eat them while they cooked another steak. Really!? We suggested they redo the complete meal. Next steak arrived, tasted off and more like sirloin. Same sides came back and must have been under the warmer as they were dry and lukewarm. As the manager didn’t come out to make sure everything was to our liking we just left never to return again. I’ve stayed at many JW properties prior to Covid and reservations were hard to get and food was top notch. This was the second restaurant we tried at the hotel and both are sub standard and pretty empty considering the hotel is full. Tonight we’re going off property. This hotel needs new management for the restaurants. Very disappointed for the price of the inn. Conclusion don’t eat here.

Very very load, acoustics need improved Service good Food good overall, pasta dish sauce could of been better more sauce and thinned out. Large portions, a bit pricey though

The service did take a very long time . The server took our order 50 minutes after we got sat, then took 2 hours for food.

As a Titanium Elite Member this was an unpleasant experience. The service was extremely slow. We had to ask for a server after waiting a long time at our table. Our waiter was distracted while taking our order, turning away from us a few times while we were talking to him. Water service and food runner had little personality or friendly interaction. Oysters Rockefeller was vey fishy taste and the texture was extremely offensive. We did return it and it was taken off our bill. The steak was raw when ordered medium. Mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts and mushroom appetizers were very slaty and not pleasant to eat. Brussel sprouts were black and burned. Chocolate cake was taken to-go and was not good. It was thrown away. None of our party would recommend of return to this business. There were not many others in the restaurant while we were there, so service should have been much better for the price.
