Great place for drinks and apps. Small menu, feel like it needs one more hot entree option to be a good dinner spot. All food was great.

First time and we will be back! Servers were warm and welcoming. Great vibe. Lovely atmosphere. A nice pour of wine. Like the way they do the retail bottles of wine. The food was spectacular. Best cheeses I have ever had. The bread and pork slices were delicious. The cauliflower salad was amazing. Overall, a real treat to dine here!

Because this is a new restaurant there were not that many choices on the menu. The flat noodle in the pasta dish was excellent. The sauce was okay but nothing special. I would definitely go back in a few months to see if they have new selections. The ambiance is perfect if you’re meeting up with friends.

Beautiful restaurant and the staff was very attentive. Although the menu for food isn’t huge but everything we tried was delicious and perfect amount to pair with wine. Highly recommed!

Ambiance was great. Place is adorable. Good music good vibes. Service was above most places in Oceanside by far. Knowledgeable bar staff and very friendly. Price points were high for the small portions. Food was good but nothing we tried was amazing. Our pasta was much smaller portion than the couple next to us so possibly kinks in being a new restaurant but not consistent. Main thing that disturbed us was we ordered a bottle of wine with our dinner. When our tab came there was an extra $15 corkage fee. I’m from LA and I’m also a chef so very familiar with industry protocols. It seems extremely unreasonable to be charged a corkage fee when I ordered a bottle from the same establishment I’m dining at. When we inquired about it the bartender told us they are technically a wine store that sold us our wine then charged us to open it and enjoy it there. Kind of blew my mind.

Oceanside gem! Great food and wine options already and they just opened. Can’t wait to see the expanded menu. Major attention to detail and well executed dishes. Felt super fresh and European. Loved every dish we had. The stuffed honey squash, cauliflower salad and the crudo were hits!

This place has great potential, and I’m hopeful it’ll improve over time. It’s a cute spot, and the staff was super friendly, which immediately made us feel welcome. That said, the drink selection was a bit disappointing. For a wine bar, they only offer four reds by the glass, and if you want a bottle, there’s a corkage fee, which seemed odd. For non-wine drinkers, there was just one beer option—definitely limited. Another wine bar nearby offers more choices without the extra corkage fee. As for the food, we weren’t blown away, especially given the prices. You can build your own charcuterie board, but everything is ordered individually. For $40, we got two meats, two cheeses, and a small plate of crostinis. The portions were pretty small, and it came with no extras—no spreads, fruit, or nuts. We’ve had much better, more complete boards at other places nearby for a similar or even lower price. The beef tartare and hamachi were excellent, but everything else was just okay. If they’re aiming for a tapas bar vibe, they’d benefit from adding a few more small, shareable plates. Some classic tapas options like patatas bravas, tortilla española, or croquettes would make a big difference. One thing to note: it was extremely loud. The space is concrete, so sound just bounces everywhere. My watch actually went off a few times because of the noise level. They could use some rugs or acoustic panels to help absorb the sound. In the end, we still felt hungry after spending $300. I’ll check back in a few months to see if they’ve made any changes because this spot could be a great addition to South O.
