I arrived at 11.50 and Mercetta’s was already very busy, that was impressive and said a lot. We were all happy with our meal and the service. It was great having room options, the Sun Room proved to be a good choice for the day. It was a good experience in every way.

Unfortunately there was no heating which was stated for outdoor dining - they were unable to seat us inside and when bought this to their attention it was more or less brushed off. Staff when serving were friendly enough. Food was ok nothing amazing.

We had 8 people, including a toddler, in the outdoors area, no heating. The lack of heating was our fault, as we didn't book until late. I did think that - in winter, perhaps those tables without heating might have blankets/cushions as standard. The service was good; prompt and accessible. The area was - somewhat surprisingly - relatively quiet, so noise and 'busyness' were not problems. The food was very good: some nice variety - the breakfast stack was delicious and the portion sizes were good too. It was delivered quite quickly after ordering. Coffee was very good and quickly made and delivered.

Cannot fault the service, staff were amazing! Food was great, good variety of menu options. Booked for a rare family catch up. Restaurant was busy but the setting was ideal, felt like we were in our own world and chatted for hours, did not feel rushed at all.

We were at Merchetta for Mothers Day breakfast and the whole place was pumping, so we expected service to be a bit slower than normal, instead it was as good, if not better. Our orders were taken and coffee arrived promptly, then food arrived all together soon after. Dishes were cleared as we finished without us feeling ushered out, overall the service, food and whole experience was terrific, will definitely be back soon

First time at Mercetta very accommodating for puppies - even have a puppycino on the menu! Menu had a range of choices and an all day breakfast
