    Mercato is awesome. The inside is gorgeous. The hostess and staff were responsive. Meals came out quick especially with two children . Very welcoming for both families and date night. A great place to go for dinner/ lunch!

    Our Christmas Eve dining experience was truly exceptional. The food was outstanding, and the service was nothing short of outstanding. The atmosphere perfectly captured the holiday spirit, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. It was a memorable celebration shared with family, made all the more special by the warmth and attention to detail at this restaurant.

    I returned! Basically the same situation: food and service were both on the money! However, it is insanely loud due to the music. What’s the deal? If I go to a club< I expect the music to be loud and I am not looking to have a meal and conversation. When I go to a restaurant I expect to be able to converse with whomever is sitting across from me. This was actually a business lunch and the music is simply too much. Love the menu, the food and the service, but the volume needs to be put to a more normal level for a restaurant. I hope management reviews this because I read a number of reviews with the same complaint.

    This was my second time I had dinner there in two weeks. The restaurant is gorgeous. Love the plants and high ceilings. Very diverse Italian menu. My fav is the Sicilian arugula salad with grilled shrimp. The branzino was also fantastic. Noise level was a 75 out of 100. I had experienced worse. But the food and ambiance is worth it. Very good service too, both times.

    This will be the 2nd time I have been. The first time was lunch time with mom, bestie, and hubby. Food was really good. Ambiance was wonderful. Last night, I made some reservations, and it was busy. My table was ready and food was still great. We even saw a bunch of friends which was nice. Tonight we will be having a Christmas get together. I think 🤔 we addicted now.

    A win for Shelton…Our first time here and highly recommend! Our server, Julia, was just on third week working there and service was outstanding and food was great! Recommend mussels-the fennel and roasted garlic cream sauce was so tasty as was the octopus; the gnocchi is so fresh, it melts in your mouth; linguine & clams: an excellent amount of clams and limes how they chunks of tomatoes and foccacia crumbs. Will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu. Hope they maintain their level of service and food quality.
