Restaurants is beautiful, staff was attentive and food was really good. Music was way too loud and the staff could barely hear our order and it was tough to have conversation at the table

Before you get into the building, you are confronted with an insane parking situation. The parking lot at 5:30 was almost completely full, and there are still several more businesses and restaurants that are still under construction. I cant imagine what it will be like when everything is up and running. For a restaurant that is just a few weeks old they are remarkably organized, although I think they could use a few more wait staff. We were promptly seat although we were 15 minutes early. The waiter was prompt, courteous, although never came back to see if we wanted a second glass of wine. We split an app (crispy eggplant napoleon) which was very good and lived up to it crispy name. We split a pizza, which a) took a long time by pizza standards to arrive, and b)while actually very tasty, was not hot. I expect when eating pizza in, that it be served hot, but at least it wasn't cold. We weren't rushed, although the young lady with the seating chart who walked by us several time would give the impression that they'd like us to hurry along, we were assured by the waiter that we should take all the time we want. In all I'd say a pretty good experience EXCEPT FOR THE NOISE. When we arrived it was noisy, by the time we left and hour later, it was impossible to conduct a conversation. There does not appear to be any attempt to moderate the sound, Everything is brick glass stone and wood. I'm no acoustic expert, but there must be something they could do to mitigate the noise level. We'll go back after the holidays and try again

Our table which was a velvet booth for fivec needed more light. We could see menu’s nor our food

This place was perfect! The only drawback was that we had a reservation and was seated 25 min later but it once seated it was fast and amazing the food was top tier and the bread was 10/10

Kyle was excellent. very attentive and was always checking on us. Meghan is also the best server at the Mercato can't say enough about her kindness and knowledge of the menu. One negative I have is the Carl Anthony's Calamari it doesn't come close to Carl Anthony's, beside for $19 I got a total of 12 calamari and just as many peppers. Terrible I know prices went up but I think more that 12 calamari for $19 isn't asking to much!!

Went for the first time to celebrate my birthday with family; it was a great experience! It was a table of firsts at Mercato…it did not disappoint; everything was delicious, service was excellent, so happy we decided to get dessert; the cheesecake was the best ever from a restaurant and the tiramisu was delish! Can’t wait to go back and excited to know Mercato could be our new “go to” close to home!

Food and service were excellent. Music is way too loud making it very difficult to carry on a conversation with anyone at the table. Felt like a nightclub not a restaurant.

We had a great meal. My husband had the Bronzino and I had the chicken parmigiana. Food was excellent. Our waiter Kyle was super friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. Restaurant was very busy & a little bit on the noisy side. Highly recommend.

We had the tomato & mozzarella, lasagna, rigatoni alla vodka, the NY strip and the chocolate cake. Everything was tasty and flavorful. Michelle Z was an excellent waitress. Attentive and friendly. We had a very nice evening.
