Mercato Italian Kitchen and Bar features a wide array of pasta, pizzas, salads, and specialty meals. Mercato Italian Kitchen & Bar is apart of the Market Hospitality Group (MHG). The interior of the restaurant is comprised of iron and custom glass, reclaimed barn wood and inviting booths to create a rustic yet industrial aesthetic. Our service was excellent. Our server was pleasant, attentive and personable. Tried two of the wine specials; excellent and well priced. Loved the meatball app, but for $16 would rather have more than 2 meatballs and less polenta. Bread and garlic oil to start meal was great. Timing could be better. Food runners need to know if drinks have been delivered prior to the app coming out. Our drinks were delivered at the same time as app. Linguine with clam sauce was a chore to eat. At $26, the kitchen should be doing the work of removing the clams from the shell. To make the customer remove each clam from the shell (maybe a dozen or more) is tacky. Who wants to have their hands full of clam juices when on a romantic date? And those are the only clams in the entire dish…skimpy on that part, pasta and other ingredients were plentiful though. Ricotta Gnocchi was a large portion; sauce tasted slightly burnt/old, as if it had been sitting on the warmer too long. Gnocchi was light and airy. Music is far too loud and obnoxious. It’s not a club. Overall an ok experience. Would visit again if in the area and wanted a drink or app, and would only recommend for same. Not a destination.

Our waitress wasn’t very attentive. Sent the wrong wings, salad missing two vegetables. She started out good but faded. We still love the place and the food, but hoping for better service next time. Please check in and don’t ignore your customers for long lengths of time.

Service was great. Food was awesome! This was my first time at Mercato. I will be back. The Calamari starter was delicious! The Gnocchi was wonderful. It’s very rich so I brought home leftovers for lunch. My partner had the Lasagna. That was also wonderful. It’s a casual yet lively atmosphere. Plenty of choices for everyone.

Steak tip portions weren’t very big even for an app; asked for rare and they were well down! Bummer! Pizzas were good - just a little under cooked! Great service from our waitress!

The waiter and staff were very kind and respectful. The atmosphere and scenery of the place was stunning! I had the classic wood fire pizza and hand cut fries, and they were delicious! Highly recommend people to eat here!

All good. Ordered 4 different dishes for table service, all were delicious. Pleasant server. Bar had as TV for sports watching. Will be back.
