Went back, after having dined here a couple of weeks ago, and being awed. The experience was pretty much the same in terms of outstanding food, very good service, and nice overall atmosphere. One thing, however, pulled my review down a little bit from the last time: I made a reservation for two through Open Table, which allowed me to specify I wanted a sidewalk standard (not high) table, and include the note that I was on an important date. When I got to the restaurant, there were no sidewalk tables at all, and they offered us a two-seat table where one of us had to sit on a couch higher than the table, and we were both closer to the tables next to us than to each other, which doesn't quite make for a great date, as you have no privacy at all. We requested to be moved to a square, four-seat table, but were denied, "as it was already booked". In reality, two (not one) such tables remained empty all the time we were in the restaurant. Given that we would probably have gotten exactly the same table had we just walked in, what is even the point of making a reservation, or using a reservation platform? While this took the evening down a little bit, I need to say, or repeat, that save for this hiccup, it was not a bad experience at all; in fact it was still very good (excellent had we just walked in): food was delicious and service was more than adequate, if not the same as when Irma was there (she seemed to be off that night).

The food was good but extremely overpriced when they add 20% and the service was mediocre. Ordered and not even 5 minutes enjoying the appetizer they bring out the main course. Felt kind of rushed. I most likely will not be going back.

Wonderful experience. Nice place, with outside (sidewalk) tables: not particularly fancy or luxurious, but lovely and consistent with its Greek theme. Service was simply outstanding. While it was a team effort, shoutout to Irma, who went out of her way to make a seamless dining experience for our group, so there was no unnecessary waiting time, yet never rushed or pressured. The food was simply extraordinary. A party of three wanting to explore Greek food, we stuck to the Mezedes section of the menu, and they did not disappoint. The Mezes & Trio plate was a wonderful sampler, and, following Irma's recommendations, we tried the Saganaki, which was much more than we bargained for, the shrimp saganaki, which was very good, as was the crispy fried calamari, and the marinated grilled octopus, which was simply to die for. Being absolutely illiterate when it comes to Greek wine, we asked for a recommendation, and were treated to a wounderful white from Santorini, Sigalas Aa. Loved it! Paired beautifully with the food, and had a fair price. It is important to note they do not have a full bar, so they only sell wine and beer. All in all, an absolute hidden gem in Coconut Grove.

We celebrated Greek Easter with family and friends. We love the restaurant and the food. We had leftovers and asked for it to be boxed up but it was lost in translation and ended up in the trash. We didn’t have time for the souvlaki to be replaced . Would’ve liked maybe a discount on coffee or dessert but it wasn’t offered. We will definitely return tho❤️
