Private dining at mezzanine level for up to 24 guests with privacy drapes or open glass balustrade for guests to view the restaurant and be included in the atmosphere whilst dining. Access to private balcony overlooking the restaurant. There is a 2 hour allocated table time, a drinks table booking to follow can also be made, minimum spend applies. Please Note for all reservations after 5pm on Friday and all bookings on Saturdays we require a £15 non-refundable deposit per person which is redeemable on the evening against your food bill. On Fridays and Saturdays, on the evening of your reservation, a £5 per person entertainment fee will be added to your bill – this is your guaranteed seat with a view of our world class weekend shows. The last weekend booking time for U18s is 5pm, we ask that guests bring ID for arrival. Please Note - on Bank Holiday Sundays other menus apply; reservation rules may apply. The food was average, duck salad was swimming in soy sauce and inedible. They did not charge for this however the chef was a bit too heavy with the soy on the sides too- sticky rice and brocollini were also drowning in soy sauce. You are charged for the entertainers however in between each act guests would stand up and dance which was odd. I would not rush back.

It was ok but wouldn’t be in a rush to return. Firstly we wasn’t greeted that great was just told our table wasn’t ready so we then walked over to the bar area. Once seated we was asked about 5 times within the first ten minutes which drinks we would like to order even though we was told a drinks menu was being brought over after 15 mins we was then given a drinks menu then after ordering it took around 15 -20 mins for drinks to arrive we then ordered our starters and mains which took around 40 minutes for the starters to arrive then shortly after we were asked twice if our mains should be brought out after not even being half way through our starter dishes. Once our mains were severed shortly after we was told we had only ten mins left on the table which wasn’t correct as we still had 35 mins after speaking to 4 different waiters and proving my booking time they eventually agreed for us to have the table to the correct time which even then didn’t feel like they wanted us to & because of all the rushing at this point we didnt even want to stay. I would say the food was lovely but the staff let the experience down majorly like I say it’s nice but I would be in no rush to return

Honestly, 5 stars does not do it justice, the atmosphere was brilliant the host was superb, and the waitress was excellent, what won it for myself was the standard of the steak served to me, I’ve had a lot of steaks in my time but this one I will forever talk about. Thankyou for making a Birthday night so memorable.

We had the best experience at menagerie, the vibes were fun and lively! The food was 10/10 as well lots of different choices.

Almost all our food was excellent and beautifully presented. The restaurant presented our daughter with a small birthday cake - a brownie with cream - which was appreciated. The drinks were fine also. However, two issues: 1) the tempura prawn (small plate) batter was soggy. Even Tesco frozen tempura prawns crisp up in our halogen oven, so it shouldn't be difficult. 2) I normally give a gratuity, even on an expensive meal, and I don't object to a percentage being added to the bill when issued, but I disliked the fact that it was stated, on the bill, to be "optional" - I wasn't given the option. The service was good, but not better than anywhere else, so I would've been happier with a 10% charge. 12.5% was excessive.

Arrived and met with staff who said we hadn’t booked the tipsy afternoon tea, after 25mins saying we had to change was frustrating. Once showed the email and then confirmation from the kitchen we started. We were sat on a table that you couldn’t see the stage area and for the money this was disappointing as we felt really out of it. The drinks were weak and didn’t even feel like we’d had an alcoholic drink once we left. The food was good but way too many cakes, it would have been much better increasing the hot food. The waters were great, after seeing post on insta we were all excited to visit but it wasn’t as good as expected.
