The service was phenomenal, food was very good! We were seated promptly at our reservation time.

Love the atmosphere, food was ok. Did not have fondue, that might have been better since that is their specialty.

I always have enjoy eating here before a show at the Straz. The food is great… service is great. Nothing not to like!

Started with fondue cheese appetizer, came with cold pretzels (like the microwave kind) and cold potatoes, and an assortment of other things. No sticks to dip and overall not good quality. Entrees were better but service was not attentive, sat with a steak and no knife for 5 minutes while food got cold. Overall won’t be back, and not recommended even though it is so close to the Straz.

Great food, service very good. This is just a fun place to gave dinner. And it's close to the Straz Center, which for us is a big place on show night.

The Melting Pot Social is our go to place to eat before going to watch a show at the Straz Center. This time we were a little disappointed with the Gluten Free options for my son who has celiac disease. He’s eaten there a few times before and while the cheese and chocolate fondues can be made gluten free and are amazing, his entree selections were so limited. He wanted a burger which he’s had many times before and while the burger was fine (just the meat with no bun) there was only the option of a tiny cup of mixed berries for his side (a side salad was offered but my 14 year old is not a fan of salad). If only they didn’t cross contaminate the oil with gluten ingredients then he could have enjoyed fries or potato’s like he does at a lot of other restaurants.

Sat at table and was never served. Left after 45 minutes. Was even early for reservation.

Our server, Brennan, was wonderful. Helped us with the delicious options. Yummy drinks. We really enjoyed our meal.
