Four seasons level service and food and pricing. Would go back and order less fried food and maybe try the sushi. Well done!

I hadn’t been to Mei Ume in a while and had forgotten just how great the food is. There’s no way I’ll be leaving it so long to be back! If I was to have one grumble, I’d say that 2pm seems ridiculously early to close the kitchen in a place that is mainly used for business lunches but everything else is brilliant. I’ve you’ve not been, then try and get there. Best Chinese food I’ve ever had, and that includes having eaten at the main Michelin starred ones in London

Limited food choices. Good service but not great. Dover sole dish was very bland and not much taste. Ate here 2 years ago. Much better then. Not sure what’s changed.

Remarkably forgettable in every way; indistinguishable service wise, but completely devoid of distinction in terms of food. Bland and flavorless amateurish preparations of classic dishes, the food tasted as authentic as poorly prepared cardboard. The duck was good at best, the rest disappointing. For 100+ a person, I expected significantly better. One of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating.
