Was excited to check this out, went with family (group of 4 in total), we were rather early but they were able to seat us immediately. Staff/Servers were all very attentive and helpful, they made the experience better. Bread was good, but the hard block of butter was not befitting. Salads were reasonable, but a little bitter for our tastes. Out cane the plates, fries were good, would be happy to have them anywhere. Meat was thin, id say meager compared to my expectations, but ok maybe my eyes are too large, however it was cold, unpleasantly cold.and it was the same for all 4 of us, we sat at a table as close to the serving station as possible, and got a good view of the operation. Based on what we saw, I doubt many were served a hot piece of meat. This was rather off putting, we thought maybe it was just an exception, and then they bring a second round, again it was cold, we should have complained, but we did not. The sauce was good, we all enjoyed the flavor, but it wasn’t hot either. The meat is rather thin so it cooks in a short time, and I imagine the difference between Medium Rare and Medium is a matter of seconds, so to avoid overcooking it’s only over the heat a short time, then they slice it and plate it, once all plates are prepared, they serve them, we watched a 10 person table, and it was surely well over 5 minutes between plating the first and last plate for the same group, that group seemed to share our observations about temperature. Even the second serving which they serve from a skillet was cold. The noise level from music was frustrating, it was difficult to have a conversation during certain songs. The bathrooms were rather funny, with the sound track they have playing, really gave us a good laugh. Overall, it was ok, people working were fantastic but the temperature was disappointing, and for the cost I would go elsewhere to enjoy a steak. But if someone had their heart set on trying this, I wouldn’t shy from going with them.
