Staff were friendly, welcoming and cheerful. Food service was perfect. We asked for a table outside and very quickly a table was cleaned and available. It was a perfect way to spend a Sunday catching up with a friend in such ambient surroundings

Food and drink was delicious Bakery as always was lovely Issues - the noise levels were uncomfortable - the food and drink took a very very very long time to arrive - the food I can appreciate, however the drinks were also quite long a wait - cleanliness- the place just needed a bit of a scrub - the floor was dirty, the sauce bottles needed a big wipe

Lovely venue and staff pleasant however I wasn’t a fan of 1 ordering to black coffee’s and both times bringing out a Cappuccino. Also we waited like 45/50 mins for food to be told once it came we had 20 mins as the table was booked, that is not our fault on 3 plates of food has taken so long even though I know it was busy. We shouldn’t have been told this made us feel rushed to eat and leave. Food tasted great however just that put a slight sour taste in our mouths.

We reserved a table for brunch, which was a good idea as it was busy! It’s a great menu with lots of delicious options. The food was great & very friendly service. Bought some cakes to take away…too delicious to walk past!!

We are been going to Medicine bakery for over the 2 years ,and the last few time that we been here it’s been so bad ,the quality of the food gone down so much .

Can't fault the food it was lovely, something different. Drinks exspensive and it was noisey which of course staff have no control over. Very very busy so glad we booked a table. I think this is the 4th time we have been and will certainly do so again.

Difficult with prams. Staff were not the most welcoming; we felt awkward and were asked to move. Then overcharged without even a slight apology. Won’t be visiting again.
