Always lovely food .. staff very helpful but extremely busy .. maybe need more staff

We do try very hard to ensure there is always enough staff but peaks can hit us at anytime .We try to ensure that does not affect our guests experience and we appreciate your understanding. Such a nice ambience. Just the right level of noise so you can talk freely but still feel private.

Another wonderful breakfast. Even though it was very busy, we were well looked after.

Slightly disappointed our table was 9:45 we got food at 10:40 then was told needed to leave at 11:10 when came to order more drinks , if you only get a hour then the service and food needs to be quicker or you need to allow longer on group table bookings

Hi Amy, I am very sorry service was slower on Sunday. As it is a busy day, we do have a larger team of chefs to help speed up service but i apologies if you felt rushed. We are limited with tables , so we do have to allocate timings on bookings. The next booking on your table was 11.30, so i think the team were trying to give you the heads up. I hope you will revisit us again, so can fully enjoy your Medicine experience. Regards Medicine

Everything was great, from the minute we entered, to the friendly staff checking us in and to our table, quality and taste of the food was good, just a little gutted on the size of the poached eggs, literally one bite and they’re done lol or maybe was just me but I guess I just expected the amount of food to price ratio would of been a little more balanced. All in all though as for taste and service- 10/10 5* as this was my first time. Won’t be my last

Absolutely love it at Medicine. Been a few times to meet friends for breakfast and it never disappoints. Pretty much always end up taking a cake home also as it’s difficult to avoid as they are amazing. Thank you.

It was too busy and you never have the waitress come back and ask if you want anything else. You have to get her attention to ask for extras of anything. It didn’t seem like there was enough staff on so to be honest I cannot actually blame the team as they were trying. We also had to wait quite some time for someone to be free to take payment!
