   Consistently good brunch and good size coffee cups. Delivery of the food a bit slow today

   For how few people there were eating breakfast on Friday morning the service was so rushed…..almost as though we were an inconvenience. Shame really as it was my twin daughter’s big birthday

   Always fabulous food at this great restaurant . I regularly go for brunch and never disappointed. Staff are helpful and very welcoming , it's always a joy to visit

   It’s an ok place to go, ambiance was very calm when we went there, service was on the slow side, food was good, it’s nicer in the new street branch.

It is a different ambience to New Street ,offering a more luxury environment, idea for business meeting and relaxed lunches. All of our site offer guests our signature Medicine artisan bakery goods within iconic Birmingham venues, but all have a different vibe.    What a fabulous restaurant. I regularly use the Medicine Bakery to meet friends . The food and drink is excellent , a lot of choice, freshly cooked , presented beautifully and always tastes amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and always make us feel so welcome , will definitely keep returning

   I came here for my birthday and G I believe was our waitress, honestly she went the extra mile to make my birthday brunch a rememberable one and I can’t thank her enough. Xx

   Great food, unfortunately cutlery and glasses were very dirty and it had just opened!

   Hi Joshua, I am very sorry to read your comments. I have investigated further, as it was a real concern. The cutlery and glasses were clear, however, they had not been buffered correctly. This has been resolved and retrained already and i can reassure this will not happen again. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, it has been essential in keeping our standards high.    Service really let this place down. Was sat waiting for my friend to arrive for 30 minutes, and they didn’t even offer me a drink. Had to flag someone down to order one and once my friend arrived, had to flag them down again after 15 minutes, meaning nobody had actually come to the table of their own accord for 45 minutes. To make it worse, it wasn’t even busy and there were several waitresses standing around on their phones, doing nothing. They need to be more attentive to their customers. The food was lovely though.

I have checked the reservations and it had been a very busy day, so please accept my apologies, i can only assume they thought you were waiting for your friend prior to ordering.     Perfection, couldnt ask for more. Service charge could have added to the bill as we felt we wanted to tip more as an unrelated employee group ☺️
