Average food. Very poor service, initial drinks took 20 mins to arrive, then not asked if we wanted more drinks, etc. Tried to add service charge on the bill. Very very poor. Food was average. Drinks were overpriced! £5 for a smoothie that was basically a glass full of ice with some blended fruits on top.

We rebooked that table which was not ready, the team didn’t appear to have our booking. Service was slow

We were celebrating a friends birthday 🎂, the staff were very friendly and brought out a cake with a candle 🕯️ in the middle. We all sang happy birthday, the food and drinks were delicious! Thank you ☺️😊

The food was outstanding. Our table of three really enjoyed that. However the service was very slow and failed to bring a few items. I would have understood if it was very busy but it was a quite afternoon with maybe a quarter of the place full

Had brunch here. Reasonable vegetarian options. Good food and coffee. Good service. Calm atmosphere.

We were a party of five and we each chose a different option. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The service was friendly and efficient. We preferred the Mailbox to New Street as the noise levels were much lower allowing normal conversation levels. The one suggestion I would make is having the option to select a cake from the bakery to eat in the restaurant with coffee. We did not find the desserts on offer to be very inspiring. We did enjoy coffee and cakes in the main concourse

Lovely food and a very chill atmosphere. Service was great but they did seem short staffed at one point. The 2 staff members seemed a little rushed off there feet.

The sausage and bacon brioche was ridiculously salty to the point I struggled to finish it. I also booked but when I came in they didn’t ask if we booked or not as I noted very specific requirements. They didn’t tell us what wasn’t in stock until we said what we wanted. Kept asking for the bill and was waiting for ages.

Staff were lovely, but the kitchen forgot one of our side dishes and the extra egg that I ordered. The drinks also took a lot of time to arrive. The place was very busy so things do get missed or are slower than usual. They never charged us for the side dish so all was ok, just annoying. We will visit again.
