The heritage site of the old Saanich Municipal Hall, is where the Med Grill calls home.
At 100 years old, the building holds generations of memories and history which we proudly showcase in the hallways of our restaurant. Committed to serving our community, we have been a local Victoria favourite since we opened in 1997.
We carefully infused our style of chic yet cozy west-coast vibe with the delicious flavours of the Mediterranean.

My sister and I were delayed arriving and the staff were very accommodating. The ambiance was very nice and the overall decor was pleasant. The noise level was a little loud for my liking but given how busy the place was that couldn't be helped. We shared a lime shrimp appetizer that had me moaning with pleasure. I love seafood done right and this was! My braised short rib beef dip with what tasted like a mild Wasabi aoli was perfect. I will be back.

Parking is a big problem. We found a spot in a vacant lot that did not say 'no parking'. The greeter said some people park in the mall a block or so away.

Went for an early dinner. I ordered the braised beef short ribs. The dish was exceptional. Ambiance was good, albeit a little loud. Will go back just for those short ribs.

We had a delicious dinner with good service. It would have been nice to have a vegetarian option for the Tuscan Table main Would definitely go back, lots of dishes we want to try and never been disappointed

Thanks for once again being so consistent with the experience. Venue and food never disappoints. Service is always great. Always enjoy. One of these days I will get something other than the peanut bowl…. The short rib pasta looked awesome.
