Meat Market features the posh Crudo Bar—an outdoor lounge featuring an eclectic, sumptuous raw bar with staples such as: fresh oysters and indigenous seafood—offering our diners a raw bar experience unlike anything in town. Expected more. After hearing so much about this restaurant, I was extremely underwhelmed by the food. The server and service was wonderful. But the 6 oz filet was more like 3-4 ounces, cooked to medium which was fine. The truffle mashed potatoes could have been instant potatoes, grainy and lacked texture, felt like they had been thinned way too much. The mushroom sauce had 2 versions; the one that my husband received was thicker, and mine was thin, more like an au jus. The sauce could have come from a jar, again, lackluster. The broccolini was good, probably one of the better parts of the meal. Maybe my expectations were just too high from all of the hype, but I’ve experienced higher quality and better tasting food at other restaurants. The experience was created by the servers and service, not the food unfortunately.

Made a reservation with outdoor selection for brunch as it was a nice day out. Showed up 15 minute early to reservation, got seated 20 minute after reservation started. And even then they didn’t honor the selection. I let them know we chose outdoor and they said it’d be another 30 minute wait. So they put us indoor where it was unbearably loud. Said our selection is only a preference and it’s ultimately it’s up to them. So they sit us indoor and within 5 minutes we see an out door table open up and given to someone else. Completely unfair. Waiter was great, front host team was not accommodating at all. We only wanted to brunch there to be outside and enjoy the sun on a nice day. Instead placed inside where we couldn’t even hear another.

Always a positive experience! Has a “Vegas “ vibe and love it! Nicole and Dakota were fantastic servers and food delivery was flawless.

Went for brunch. Great service with excellent service. My crab cake Bene was delicious. However, my egg was overcooked. It was immediately replaced with a perfectly poached egg. Great brunch, lots of activity. Excell3nt staff from the two Noelle's.

Waiter was great. Waited forever to sit despite the reservation. Food is meh and prices are exorbitant

Hectic… that’s the best way I can describe our experience. We showed up right at the time of our reservation and we were told to wait outside for a hostess. Meanwhile, there were 2 people at the hostess stand when we were told to wait and there were many open tables. We waited probably 7 minutes and saw several other parties get seated immediately when they arrived. This was frustrating considering we had a reservation, we were on time, and there appeared to be two hostesses at the stand doing nothing. Inside the restaurant seemed chaotic. Very loud and the tables are closely packed together. I was physically closer to the person at the table next to me than I was with my wife who was on the other side of our table. Food was fantastic. Good menu with a lot of options. Food came quickly and was prepared as ordered. Overall, kitchen is great. Front of the house needs a lot of work. Will not repeat. There are better options for the price.
