Meat Market features the posh Crudo Bar—an outdoor lounge featuring an eclectic, sumptuous raw bar with staples such as: fresh oysters and indigenous seafood—offering our diners a raw bar experience unlike anything in town. World renowned Executive Chef Sean Brasel has created a menu that embraces the staples of a classic steakhouse – a variety of prime cuts, amazing sides and appetizers, top notch wine list – by infusing it all with an artful, contemporary spin. Enjoy daily happy hour from 4-7PM with dinner starting at 5PM, lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30AM - 3:00PM, and weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 11AM-3:30PM.

Great overall experience! We were very fortunate to be able to get reservation at the last minute and still receive great service and fresh tasting food.

Been here two times now, food is amazing. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Ambiance is great and overall experience is excellent.

Hostess had a terrible attitude and was disrespectful with a pretentious attitude when we only asked if she would accommodate our party definitely do not expect nice service when you go here and they even made fun of the steak that my friend ordered even if it’s on the menu.

Energetic and much more of a special occasion spot than a true dining destination, a blend of Ocean Prime and STK, Meat Market is definitely the choice for a champagne brunch. Service very good and oysters were great. Wagyu tartare beyond bland and tasted like cat food, if I had to guess what cat food tastes like. The mango wedge salad was the winner - fresh, colorful vegetables and perfect portion. Smoked salmon slatbread and crab cake “bene” both generously portioned, yet not memorable - typical brunch taste. And our spontaneous order of waffle fries were sad.. they promptly materialized from a nap under a heating lamp. We dine out at least 4x week and this was definitely a glad-we-tried-it-but-sad-to-say-will-not-be-returning.

Food and service were outstanding! Zachary was fantastic…we went very late, 11:30 pm and it was very loud but kind of expected. Overall was great.

My wife and I had an amazing time. Food, ambiance and service was great. It was worth the wait. 5 Stars all around.

Our reservation was for 9:30, we got seated at 10:15 and main course was served at 11. Other than the long wait, food and service was excellent.
