Food was ok. Had no pains afterwards so definitely GF. Got asked if we wanted drinks which we said no. Then asked if we wanted water for the table and said Yes. On getting bill found we were charged $12 for the water. Very deceptive!!. At no time did they indicate the water was a purchase. Also the "still" water was served in a Sparkling Water bottle which indicates it had been filled up from another source (tap I assume). Just add more cost to the night each meal had an extra 5% added to the menu price cost. Don't know why, it was a Wednesday night. Very disappointed

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. I was offered a free birthday cocktail which was delicious. The atmosphere is cosy and had a great vibe with music playing in the background. We ordered starters ,mains and a dessert and each one was packed full of flavour and all arrived in a timely manner. The cocktail menu is to die for and the ones we chose were amazing. The fact its 100% gluten free is awesome for coeliacs like myself and it was great being able to plate share. My family said they couldn't even tell what they ate was gluten free. I can't recommend them highly enough and look forward to going back again and again.

Wait staff needed to be reminded to remove empty plates, then only one or two plates removed at a time, while the other hands was empty. They would walk past the table numerous times without being attentive. No new cutlery offered for main course, after using forks for starters. No water carafe offered. other tables had carafes. Noone checked to see if the food was ok either. long wait times for drinks to arrive, even a glass of wine. the food was really good!

This is a great restaurant for those with food issues, particularly coeliacs. Everything is gluten free on a varied and delicious menu, and the chefs are very accommodating in producing food that takes other allergies into consideration. The staff were efficient and very helpful. Our party all were very happy with their meals, and I appreciated help from the chefs in providing a meal that avoided my allergies. The birthday cake provided was gluten free and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Meantime.

This place was amazing, we went on what seemed like a quiet night, so it felt more intimate. The staff were more than helpful with requests. All in all, it was a great night and experience!

The entire experience was wonderful and the service we received, I believe from Tara, our waitperson was exceptional. An absolutely delightful and delicious dining experience.

Not only is everything on the menu gluten-free, but it's also delicious. My non-gluten-free friend said she actually preferred Meantime's gluten-free pizza bases over regular pizza!

Greeting on arrival was fast and friendly, but service went down hill from there. Our drink order was simple, yet one was forgotten and then took 10 more minutes to be received. When drinks were delivered the server spilt the $25 cocktail and then asked if we wanted it replaced, rather than just getting a new one. When taking the order was taken it was like the server wasn't really listening. One entre was supplied incorrectly. Once empty, our starter dishes remained on the table for the duration of our visit and were still there when we were leaving. When main meals arrived the server struggled to find room on the table due to the starter dishes still being there. Her comment, "I'll just need to put these where ever I can find space". We needed to ask three times for the ice cream that was include with the Kid's meal to be provided. While I love that the restaurant is 100% gluten free, giving my coeliac son peace of mind to be able to eat without issues, I did find the menu options a little limited when it came to lighter options, with only a few meals available that weren't either crumbed or deep fried. Salads were not even available for consideration. I would definitely eat here again, as I saw how comfortable it made my son for his birthday dinner. I would recommend it for Coeliacs and those with Gluten intolerances etc, but I wouldn't be rushing back any time soon for a simple family meal.
