Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

Exquisite. We wanted to try several items, so we took a tour, and it was all phenomenal! Great ingredients represented by a great chef makes food magical.

Exquisite food, amazing wine pairings and cocktails and excellent, attentive service. The humble vegetable soup might have been my favorite bite. Well worth a trip to Pagosa Springs just for this dining experience.

Our second time at Meander and it did not disappoint! The farm to table food and atmosphere is truly a unique touch to Pagosa and there should be more places like it! Can’t wait to come back! The food is incredible and the cocktails are so thoughtfully curated. Top notch!

Food and drink were excellent. My only comment is that our server told us we should order our main course the same time we ordered our appetizers. I didn't like that pressure, and we did not abide by her "ask". When the food is so wonderful, I believe we should be able to let enjoyment of the appetizer dictate what we want next. I don't know if her "ask' is policy, or her idea.

Our anniversary dinner at Meander was a pleasantly unique experience. We have never had rabbit before and it was delicious. Our server Amy and all of the Meander staff were very attentive. Having a restaurant of this caliber in Pagosa Springs is amazing and unexpected. We will definitely be back and will bring our friends when they visit.

We were seated at the bar as it was pretty crowded. Unfortunately, it was next to the kitchen area so it was pretty loud and hectic. Our waiter seemed rush when we tried to get some feedback from him about the dishes as we had never been to Meander. In the end, we ordered an appetizer and then my friend ordered the halibut and I ordered the steak frites dish. The halibut had a fresh good taste to it. I wanted my steak medium, pink on the inside, but it was more on the medium rare, bloody. It was a tough cut, and a tad bit of gristle in it. The dessert, the chocolate chip cookie was tiny, but good. Overall, we are glad we experienced a “5 star Michelin restaurant,” but for the cost I certainly would not recommend it or return.

The staff at the restaurant were welcoming and our server Amy was spectacular. She was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was phenomenal. The dishes change daily but we loved everything we ordered. The soup was perfect for the cold day. The fingerling potatoes were a table favorite and the chicken and salmon were plated beautifully and delicious.

We were very excited to dine at Meander. While the food was very good, the atmosphere was lacking. Very crowded - happily for them - very noisy and chilly. Service was friendly but spotty. We are willing to pay for a great dining experience but sadly Meander did not measure up to a $300+ experience.

Our first experience with them and both my wife and I were very very happy with everything as we were celebrating our one year of marriage. The services start with bubbly wine for the occasion and then we ordered our appetizers (mussels, charred shoshitos and finally beef and broccoli, all very good) then the steak we split. Everything delicious and great service! We will be back! Thanks folks!
