Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

It was a delightful experience. I appreciate the farm to table meal plan, and wish more places would shop locally and seasonally. However, I did feel the meal was overpriced, but that would not keep us from returning the next time we are in the area.

My taste buds danced with excitement with each bite of each dish. Service was excellent! I returned the next night.

An eclectic menu boasting deliciously prepared local fare. My wife and I enjoyed blistered peppers, plums and ricotta cheese, and the bistro steak with fingerling potatoes. Our tastebuds were doing the happy dance for the duration of our meal. Everything on the menu is delicious lovingly prepared. The staff are warm and inviting and the setting is tranquil and serene. If you have the chance to experience this delightful eatery you will not be disappointed!

Another excellent meal at Meander. Great service, excellent food and a beautiful setting. My biggest issue is always deciding what to order- too many new and delicious options every time we go! Well done, Meander chefs and staff!

It was my husband’s birthday and they immediately offered us a champagne toast… which was a classy touch. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. I had the eggplant Chaat over jasmine puffed rice - the spicy chutney was balanced well by the light lebneh . My other plate was the chilled Olathe corn soup with pickled fennel and gulf shrimp. The food is a sourced from local markets so the menu rotates almost daily. My husband really liked his steak and german potato salad especially the sweet pickled peppers.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was Great. Very creative dishes and combination of flavors. My one negative which is easily fixable is to add a curtain to the high top to the table in the bar area. We ate at 6 pm and the sun was setting and we could not avoid the sun in the window.

Our Pagosa Adventure Balloon ride host recommended this spot and it was a highlight of our stay! We came. For breakfast both weekend days. Everything was great and the warm sticky bun was phenomenal!!!

I especially like the attention Adam [GM] provides. The starters are wonderful - I especially like the summer squash. The bistro steak was filling and cooked to order; the potato salad dijonaise was delightful as well.
