Announcing our Winter Hours! From October through May we will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations!

Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair.

Our Outdoor Dining Area is closed for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Summer will bring back our outdoor patio and riverside seating which adds increased availability to dine in our intimate mountain Eatery.

Our first experience with them and both my wife and I were very very happy with everything as we were celebrating our one year of marriage. The services start with bubbly wine for the occasion and then we ordered our appetizers (mussels, charred shoshitos and finally beef and broccoli, all very good) then the steak we split. Everything delicious and great service! We will be back! Thanks folks!

Another great meal at this local’s favorite. Generous portions, great wine pairing recommendations. The food is great as are the staff.

It was such a treat. The food was unusual , fresh and delicious! We opted to order appetizers and dessert. We also had the craft cocktail. The Pineapple Jalapeño margarita was just ok. As was the Peach Crisp dessert but the Plum Ricotta appetizer was so full of flavor, the squash and bean dip with toast so delicious and the Elote pancake bursting with flavor. Would definitely return. The night was cool and we sat outside by the river which was so beautiful but colder than we expected. Be prepared with a jacket. Overall, it was a real treat.

Our server Morgan was outstanding and guided us through the selection of four starters, all of which were outstanding and culminating in the salmon salad which, while a beautiful presentation, did not match the very high standards of the preceding four dishes. A delicious Albarino accompanied our meal, the finale of which was a creative (and superb) olive oil ice cream. Meander richly deserves its recent accolades.

While on a weekend driving trip to soak-up the beautiful fall colors, we enjoyed an amazing meal at this wonderful restaurant. The recently published NYTimes 2024 list of 50 favorite restaurants said “The menu here is unapologetically eclectic, with quality ingredients, especially produce, and sure-handed cooking keeps it coherent.” I completely agree! So if you find yourself in Pagosa Springs/Durango area, make a reservation—you’ll be glad you did.

Hands down the best meal I have ever had! NYTs had just named Meander on their top 50 restaurants in the US and we already had a trip planned to Pagosa Springs for my friend's birthday. She had the best birthday ever. We will be spending more time in Pagosa and will be back!

Overpriced. Very few entree options and little flexibility to alter meals for gluten sensitivity. The food we dod order was good.

Hi David. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As I'm sure you have noticed, costs of food and staffing are higher than ever and Meander aims to source the best ingredients possible. Coupled with our philosophy of providing excellent service, we are confident that our prices are fair. Meander has a focused menu with an emphasis on quality. The night you dined we were featuring 19 menu items. 12 of those items were either fully gluten free or could easily be made gluten free. We strive to make sure that we can accommodate food allergies and preferences. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the the food that you ordered! Our menu changes frequently. Absolutely wonderful. The setting is beautiful. The food is incredible and our server was very special. I highly recommend.
