Second time to visit this location and both times service was awful. Very slow server, yet felt rushed when he finally brought out our food and tossed on table. Will not return.

We are completely disappointed with this Rosemont location. We had tickets to a show at Rosemont Theater at 8pm. We had dinner reservations at 6pm. It is a 2 minute walk from the theater. My husband and I were seated right away, our drink order was taken and it took over 20 minutes to get the drinks. We ordered our food at that time, an appetizer and entrees including desert.(a fixed price dinner promo) It took an incredibly long time between app, salad, and entrees. I never ordered another drink figuring it would never come. We were never asked how any of the food was or if we needed anything. Our waiter was there, but never came to our table. At 7:40 we still did not have our deserts. I went to the hostess and told her we needed to pay so that we could make our show. She asked where we were seated and said she would bring the check. 5 minutes later, still no check so we went to find her, pay cash and leave to make our show on time. We told her this and she asked what we ordered, pulled up our check $167.00 We asked if we could get money off since we never got the deserts. She said she couldn't since it was a fixed price menu but could pack the deserts to go. We had 10 minutes to get to the show at this point. I saw her with our waiter put the deserts in containers and she brought them to us. Not one apology from either of them. I paid $180. Normally we are generous tippers, but this was ridiculous. We put the deserts in our car and got to the show in time. When we came back to the car, there was melted ice cream all over the floor mat. Somehow the ice cream seeped out of the container. Why on earth would she have given us ice cream knowing we were going to the show and had no time to eat the desert? The lack of customer service and consideration will not bring us back. This is a high end restaurant so we really expected a first rate experience. This was ridiculous. We understand if they were short staffed, but apologies go a long way.

Service was slow until we got the attention of our host who jumped into action and took our order. He was clearly doing double duty and did so with a smile.

Our appetizer came out at the same time as our main course. Other than that the meal was excellent. I know it was a pre-show dining, but no excuse for pushing that hard as we started 2 hours early. Server was excellent except for the above.

My experience for my husband and I anniversary was not what I expected at this restaurant. The food was not tasty at all. It was very blend with absolutely no taste. I The waiter gave me a desert for my food not tasting up to part. When I got home the desert was not what we talked about instead they gave me tiny slice of chocolate cake with nothing but icing! I would not recommend this restaurant at all!

Disappointed with the quality of the food. Seafood was not good. Calamari was small and overcooked, scallops and shrimp with dinner were small and almost like from a frozen bag you would buy at the grocery store.

We've been here many times over the years and have always enjoyed great food, excellent service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The Sugar and Spice Salmon is wonderful!

Birthday celebration was very nice. Waiter was friendly, food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I met a colleague for a business lunch. We were on the early side and the restaurant was quiet. We both enjoyed the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. The dish was fresh and tangy and I would happily recommend it! Delicious!

Very disappointed with the service we received during what was supposed to be a special occasion for our 50th anniversary dinner. We specifically selected the 3-course anniversary menu, only to find out—without prior notice—that the sides accompanying our entrée were unavailable. When we raised this concern with the manager, all we received was a simple 'sorry about that,' without any offer of compensation or attempt to rectify the situation. It wasn't until we asked that our beverages were comped, which was the bare minimum considering the circumstances. This experience did not meet our expectations, and we were left feeling undervalued as customers on such an important day.
