    The server had a slight discounters disposition. A little snappy, which took away from the ambiance and the enjoyment of the meal, time with my colleague.

    Terrible service!!! I cannot rate the food as I never received any. 45 minutes after our orders were taken we still had not received our meals and our server had not checked on us. I notified the hostess of our long wait time and she said she would check on our food then proceeded to go to the kitchen area. When she returned and went to her station she did not give us an update. 5 to 10 minutes later we went to her again and her only explanation was they are running behind. Finally after more than an hour after placing my order I left the restaurant still never seeing my server again .

    This was the worst possible place I could’ve went to at the harbor to celebrate ANYTHING. Service was slow and food was put in so late due to lack of attentiveness by server. Manager was a short black lady and RUDE. Server butchered food, drinks, AND bill. Would not go back & it’s sad to say because I used to love this place when it was ran properly.

    The steaks were over cooked, and the side dishes were room temperature. The I was celebrating My wife birthday and the evening was a flop with the family.

    The ambiance was not what I had requested nor expected; the side items to my meal were luke warm, and the overall quality of the food was not what I expected. The General Manager did not seem to know how to accommodate us for the error in service and subsequently provided desert on the house, which was not my idea of making amends for the mundane experience I had!

    Great experience, easily made reservation via Open Table and was seated promptly on arrival. Service was excellent as well as food. Atmosphere aloud for easy conversation, even though the restaurant was completely occupied.

    Our server, Harold, was fantastic. The noise level was too high to converse at the beginning of the evening due to large event, but it did get better as the evening progressed. We stayed almost 3 hours but never felt rushed by staff.

    I had a reservation, however, waited for over an hour past the reservation time. I sat at the bar waiting for a table. After checking three times and being informed it would be just 5 more minutes, the host and hostess let me know the delay was because I had not been on their radar. Overall service was also sparse. The food was great. It took, however, 3 hours ti have dinner here.

    Great food. Used OpenTable to make reservation. Was able to modify it twice to change to later time and then add additional diners. Service was great
