    Waited 45 minutes for water and bread service, things did not get better there after. Several surrounding tables experienced the same problem. We witnessed multiple guests walk out in frustration. This restaurant is grossly understaffed, the existing staff is in desperate need of training. There is zero leadership here, every manager at the restaurant needs to resign in disgrace immediately!

    The shrimp kisses were delicious. However, eight dollars for one bottle of water is unreasonable, the crispy smashed potatoes were neither crispy nor tasty, and the ladies restroom was disgusting.

    We weee a party of six one person provided info on her sever allergies at the beginning of the meal. The server brought her food that would have triggered here as we allergy. He the. Tried to persuade her that there was only a very little of that allergy substance in it. She has to be firm to send it back. Another requested an appetizer salad without bacon and it came with bacon. My entree was a Cobb salad with blackened shrimp. I received my mail at least 20 minutes after all other five dishes. The salad was delicious but by the time it came I wasn’t hungry anymore. This was a very disappointing and an embarrassment to me as I had selected the restaurant. Pretty sure none of the others will ever go to this restaurant or any in the chain.

    Both the sea bass and crab cakes are absolutely delicious and worth the extra money. In addition to the great food, we had a terrific server - Syria Pelt. She worked very hard to ensure we had a good dining experience. Lastly, if you are looking for a plant-based meal, there are two great dishes available as well. My husband & I enjoyed our evening!

    All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating to us all. Especially ensuring my wheelchair bound disabled veteran was comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. Kind regards, Rana Harper

    Based on previous experience, we had high hopes for this meal. It was awful. The table beside us had water and bread and had ordered before we were even greeted by our waiter. (They also finished their meal before we got any food at all.) It took forever to find out that they didn’t have the wine my husband ordered. He ordered a salad to start, and it arrived with his entree. My entree didn’t appear for at least another ten minutes, and that’s because another server stepped in. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.
