    Server was slow and not attentive to our table at all. Ordered the ribeye medium and it came out well done. My wife’s food came out ok but sad that she had to eat her food while I waited on my steak. Christmas dinner and we ate in shifts. My side was asparagus and the 2nd time my steak came out they served broccoli. Also, ordered the 4 oz lobster tail and it did not come out with the steak. I had to tell them about they forgot. I told them to forget it but she still brought it out and charged us. Very sad that this restaurant was this bad on Christmas night for families that wanted to enjoy Christmas dinner together.

    Micah was our server; though I do believe he introduced himself as Mike was wonderful! The amount of food was perfect for holiday spread and the pice spot on. Drinks were over priced by 3 and 4 dollars with no fun special holiday drink to speak of. Had one food intolerance that was stated and still brought to the primary person at table. Therefore the yummy juices from first steak was missing. Steaks were good, now flavor to potatoes nor vegetables. Over all better than Mortan but not a Tony’s or Ruby’s

    Waitress was fine. The service was very slow from the kitchen. The steaks were all burnt except one was raw. The food had no taste, very bland .

    Party of twenty, were told at beginning that we would have two servers one for each table, that lasted about ten minutes, the second server disappeared real quick. Took several reminders and over 45 minutes for drinks, and twice as long for our food order. Was also told separate checks were no big deal, checks to pay out were all screwed up with wrong food on checks or double charged for others. Asked for manager took over thirty minutes to have some man who said he was the manager bothered to help us, took over an hour to get checks sorted out. Food was okay. No one bothered to ask if it was, this place seems to be going down hill quickly.

    I do not like broccolini, I think it’s tough and unflavored full. The rest of the experience was wonderful however. Had calamari love the sweet sour sauce. Micah was a wonderful server.

    In the past we have dined on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Not this year, 2024. The service was horrendous. We walked out without our TO GO dessert which we had paid for. We had to be somewhere and the waitress never came back. However she was very prompt with the bill. Will not return next Christmas.

    We had a 5:15 pm reservation on Christmas Eve for 3 of us. Our service started out good at the beginning but quickly slowed down as the night carried on. It was obvious the restaurant was understaffed. Our server was doing it all from bringing our drinks and our food to filling our water. I was shocked there wasn’t any kind of food runner or support staff to take care of some of the more basic items like ensuring our water glasses maintained full. Our server was a really nice guy but clearly overwhelmed. Several food items were rang in incorrectly, including the wrong soup, and not subbing the vegetables on a dish for someone who expressed dietary restrictions. Additionally the sauce for the fish was asked for on the side and the server acknowledge it wasn’t brought and stopped by twice to say he’d bring it and after 15 minutes we stopped waiting and carried on without it. Basic bar drinks (such as wine and beer) were incredibly slow to come out, waiting about 20 minutes for these items. Overall very underwhelmed with the whole restaurant experience. I don’t blame our server rather the staffing of the restaurant.

    Our food was mostly good (except WAY too much salt for me - esp the veggies). The appetizers were delicious, but so little food for that price. My M&S iced tea was a glass full, but the other mixed drinks were only half full. I was on crutches and another of our group uses a walker, so the 2-3 steps to get to the bathroom were challenging. The service was not good. We had to ask again and again to get water and even knives. The meals came out at different times. No one ever took away our dinner plates, even LONG after we had all finished. We will not be returning.
