    Our hostess Blessing was great, she was very attentive and pleasant, we had a great time and enjoyed the food.

    We dined at McCormick & Schmick’s for Valentine’s Day, expecting a great experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. We specifically made reservations during happy hour to take advantage of the deals, but we were never offered the happy hour menu. When I inquired, the waiter informed us that the deals were only available at the bar—something that was not stated anywhere on the menu or online. Additionally, we ordered items that were listed on the happy hour menu but were charged full price. While the service itself was good, the lack of clear communication about pricing and policies was frustrating. Our drinks took a long time to arrive, and when my wife and daughter visited the restroom, they said it was in unacceptable condition. The food was another letdown. My spouse ordered the sesame tuna, which was overly fishy, and my daughter’s fried shrimp arrived cold. The side of lobster tasted like nothing but butter. We have dined at this same restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina, and had an amazing experience, so we were expecting the same level of quality. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete 180 from that experience, leaving us disappointed. This was not the Valentine’s Day dinner we had hoped for, and considering the amount of money we spent, it’s not an experience we would want to repeat.

    Large groups of elementary and high school children, presumably from a CNN Center event, were loud and disruptive, and the adults were not much better. Had to move tables twice, then ask the waiter to close the glass panal between us and them, to even be able to hear one another. Service and food were very good, but this experience soured us on the whole place.

    Our group had a fantastic time! Rodney, our server, provided outstanding service, and the food was delicious.

    We waited close to an hour for our food. We waited over 15 mins for our drinks. Service too slow. My fish was overcooked also.

    The food was dry & lukewarm and looked like it was thrown on the plate. It took a really long time to get drinks & had to ask for bread multiple times. This is the second time I’ve had the same experience at this location…it’s a tarnish to the L&S brand

    The food was absolutely amazing. The oysters were nothing shy of perfection. The waiter seemed a bit rushed but was ok. The overall experience was wonderful. I will visit again.
