The quality of the food was not the best. The food was better at the South Park location but unfortunately that location is closed. The patron margaritas were on point. The server was new, busy due to the holiday. Left a decent tip regardless because I’m sure that he did his best under the circumstances. I will not visit this location again.

Butternut Squash tasted different this year, I didn't like it. Turkey was dry in addition to not being hot. Service wasn't great, we asked for a dessert menu twice, we asked for 3 To Go boxes got 2, had to ask again for the 3rd To Go box. We had to ask twice for some straws and my Son's meal was cold. It took a long time for the meal to come back to him and when it did you could tell it was reheated to long so he didn't want to eat it. My Son's teas were constantly being refilled until he told her no more but I had ask for a refill after my 1st glass was finished. This was our 3rd year going. I think we will try some place else next year. 1st and 2nd year were great.

I made reservations for my parents and I to have dinner on Thanksgiving at M&S. Before I made the reservations I checked both Open Table’s menu link for the restaurant and the restaurant’s menu page to confirm they would be serving their regular menu. There was no indication, no message—unlike other restaurants—that they would have a modified menu. However, when we arrived and were seated we found out they did have a modified menu. All three of us just decided to order side dishes of truffle mac and truffle frites. Our reservation was at 2:30 and we finally asked for our check at 3:20 after getting only beverages (non-alcoholic) and watching the table that was seated well after us served soup before we got SIDE DISHES. The single reason I made reservations for M&S was negated and I ended up paying $40 for 3 sodas and an hour of parking. Being forthcoming about their menu would have saved us time and money on a holiday and freed up a reservation a lot for another.

Staff were nice and efficient but the food was average. We sat at a table in the bar which was quieter than the general seating and still it was really loud.

Our waiter was not well trained. Food was held under a warming lamp too long. Garnish had wilted. Meat dried out. Split ticket was rung up wrong, twice. We needed up splinting it ourselves. I preferred the SouthPark location for better ambience and polished waitstaff. (Sad it closed) Why no valet at the downtown location?

We went for a special occasion. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding. Our server was attentive, without being intrusive.

Awesome experience. The manager started out a little uptight, but eventually he was cool. We fully enjoyed ourselves.

It was a great date night experience. Todd (our waiter) was knowledgeable and offered great suggestions from appetizers to entrees.

Came to celebrate my wedding and could not have picked a better place. We had a very large party and the restaurant was very welcoming. The manager was kind and staff was great!

The food was extremely gross! My lobster carbonara had a lot of micro greens so I switched it out for the fried chicken. The mashed potatoes was not creamy at all. The chicken was bland and the red sauce was beyond gross. It smelled like wasabi and oil. Our server kept forgetting us. My husband asked for extra Caesar dressing for his salad and by the time she brought it he had already eaten his salad. This was my first time at this location and I will never be back! We normally eat at the one near South Park mall and never had a problem with the food but I am unsure what was going on at this location.
