McClain Cellars has a mix of nice wines and some blends that just didn't work for us. That's expected. We did find a couple to buy, but were very surprised by the cost per bottle. Priced up to 50% higher than it should have been. Too bad.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Sebastian was amazing and knowledgeable about the wines he served us. I came with my boyfriend, my dad and his friend. We each finished the wine tasting flight and bought some popcorn. I really like the ambiance and set up of this winery. Very cozy and colorful. The wine tasting experience is good overall. Wines are OK, some good, some not. Wines are very expensive for the quality! $66 was the lowest price per bottle of any we liked, up to nearly $80, but these wines to me were $30 quality. Service and ambiance for tasting are very good.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Unfortunately no one in our party enjoyed the wine flights they chose. We did not eat but there appeared to offer many tasty bites. We sat in the back patio which was nice and secluded from the busy blvd. The service was fantastic.Cet avis est-il utile ?

Been to three McClains locations now and have enjoyed all of them. Their wines are very good and the Staff is knowledgeable and personable. Beautiful tasting room in Solvang.Cet avis est-il utile ?
