   Excellent service and the food was delicious. They even had a kid menu which was a plus.

   I had an amazing experience with my friends, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible service we received. Our waiter, Eros, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He was extremely polite, friendly, and thoughtful, always making sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and warm attitude truly made our visit special. The food was fantastic, but the service made it even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

   We had a lovely meal and the staff were wonderful. The yellowtail sashimi and the Tuna were excellent as was the aubergine and the cabbage. The peach saki was lovely. All the food was good and there was a good wine list. We will be back.

   Excellent food and service. The lunch was for business purpose but needs to be in a causal environment, for which the May Fair Kitchen is perfect. This was my third time visiting, and will definitely go back. The Japanese and Italian menu is such a wonderful combination. 100% recommend!

   Dreadful from start to finish. The tables are packed in so it feels like you are having dinner with the other guests and everyone can hear each others conversations word for word. There isn't even enough space for the waiters to put the food down so they are knocking into you. The service was appalling - the worst I have ever had in an establishment of this kind and we eat in the area often. We had the valentines set menu and my partner wanted a soft drink rather than the alcohol that came with the menu (he doesn't drink). He was unable to swap this out and I didn't want the rose champagne I just wanted normal champagne but they couldn't do this either. At £200 a head I would expect them to be more accommodating, particularly if someone can't have alcohol. The lady was rude and should not be in the hospitality sector - all their staff need training. To top it all off I asked them for my coat at the end of the evening and the lady came back and said they only had my scarf. This was a £1200 Toteme coat that they had misplaced. Eventually they found it. Food was average at best.

    Exemplary food - the yellowtail sashimi and lobster being particular highlights - as always. Very attentive staff who create a pleasant and amiable atmosphere for convivial conversation.
