I like the Mayfair bar as I am always come to this lovely place while im staying at the Mayfair Radisson Collection hotel. But what happened tonight might change my mind definitely, as soon as I arrived with my wife there is a hostess her name is (AMEERAH). She askes us if we have a reservation and We said yes and we showed her our reservation confirmation, but she said in a rude way ( I am really sorry there are no tables available. You can wait behind the bar until i got a table for you). What shocked me that there are more than two empty tables but I dont know why she refuse to give us a table. Even though, the bar is full and there is no empty chairs, so I went again to inform her that there are no chairs behind the bar, she said (you have to stand or do what ever you want) and she she turned her back on us. I found this to be completely unacceptable. But the manager approached us with The best way of Apologize. As I said, in the beginning, I love the bar, but their management has to choose their hostess WISELY….

Rude service by the security. My friend tripped over someone’s foot and security escorted her out. Had paid £150 for the table as well.

Exceedingly average. Service was truly appalling - a dozen waiters milling around doing nothing. Slow. Lack of attention. A few security guards dotted around the place too, for some unknown reason. Music too loud. No atmosphere. Disappointing. Won’t be going back.

Been there several times with my partner. The lady greeting us immediately recognised us and was appreciative to see us. They made our night amazing. They pay attention to even the smallest detail. If you want a high class night out, I highly recommend Mayfair Bar
