Maxine's magnificent interiors are inspired by the funky watering holes of Soho and the corner bistros of Europe. A curated menu by Executive Chef Bobby Milheron and Chef de Cuisine features elevated breakfast, brunch, lunchtime and dinner favorites that offer peak flavor and freshness. From morning favorites to later-day delights, discover what fits your fancy at the West End's premier neighborhood café and bar.

We are open daily for breakfast, brunch and dinner.

Great atmosphere and service at Maxine's for Sunday brunch. We were disappointed by the special offering of duck confit club sandwich, which had more bread than filling. And the falafel bowl was unusually dry, though still still flavourful.

Always a convenient little gem in the neighbourhood. Nice little heated outdoor patio. The place gets super loud when full, both indoors & out, so if you can manage off-peak visits, that’s a better option.

This was my first time dining here and I was very impressed. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the cocktails and dessert. The staff was very attentive and cheerful, and the atmosphere is lovely. This might be one of my new favourite restaurants!

The patio was cold. Wind was blowing in the food arrived. It was cold. They were overbooked, trying to accommodate too many people.

Our first time dining at Maxine’s, we look forward to a return meal. The servers and service were fantastic. The food we ordered were delicious. I love fresh baked banana oatmeal muffins, and they bake theirs daily, the one I had was still warm and cozy. I recommend Maxine’s. Make a reservation please, they fill up pretty quick.

Great experience. Nice location. Quiet. Bartender was great. Service was very good. Set order menu great. If I had to fault only 1 thing - I had the wine pairing and the server didn’t explain what I was getting or why it paired well with the course.
