Service was nonexistent. Can’t believe this is in a Four Seasons hotel. As I was walking in a customer walking out whispered that “…the service was really bad”. I should’ve listened and gone elsewhere.

Was disappointed with the service and special request to have bottle of champagne on table ready to go. Finally came but no glasses. Also, when food came those who needed spoons did not have them. There also was no salt/pepper/hot sauce not were we asked if we needed. We asked and it was brought. Overall, this was the most disappointing part of our Friday/Saturday stay. Expected more as it is part of the Four Seasons. The hotel, pool experience and everything else was fantastic. Just this last activity of our stay was not quite the same experience.

The food was great! But it took us 30+ minutes just to get water. & 45 minutes to order anything. Our server was very apologetic and provided wonderful service. They might have might under staffed. Food was delicious

Great view with quick service and delicious food. Such an easy place to grab a bite when out and about in Harbor East.

Our server was very professional and attentive. There was some difficulty with the waiter hearing our order because of the proximity to the band. The band was NOT at a bad level. Quite the opposite. But there were occurrences where we couldn't be heard. There was also a situation where we ordered one dish that actually was not on the menu (one guest ordered Chicken Thighs) and the waiter misinterpreted that as a different dish. The incorrect dish arrived and we sent it back stating that it was not our order. We then informed the server and we discovered the mix up. But, that additional dish was STILL CHARGED to us. The additional dish was a 2nd order of the Chicken Chicharrones. Overall the meals and evening were great!

Zoey was an awesome server with fantastic recommendations that we loved (both food and drinks). Came for brunch but definitely want to return for dinner.

The food was overpriced and poor. At dinner we ordered roosted lobster and were given pieces of lobster in a poor cream source in a lobster shell in which even the small were not edible -there were no large claws. At breakfast we order grapefruit and orange juice - out came very large glasses of processed fluid which was really not drinkable. So, at the second breakfast we ordered the mixed fruit - at least half of the pieces were unripened melon - really one can do better than that at the prices! Then we ordered the avocado toast and out came a pile of chopped egg, avocado, some greens etc. upon a very soggy piece of some sort of bread! Sen it back! The came scrambled egg whites with bacon. The bacon was dripping with grease! Gave a big bowl of coffee and requested natural brown sugar there was none jut a jar full of synthetic sweeteners and finally some plane white processed sugar. You really must rethink what you are doing in this restaurant. As it is it is dangerous to one health!

This was one of the very best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! Very impressed with everything from the service to cocktails to entrees. Can’t wait to go back next time I am in the area!
