   Very abrupt maitre d’ who was not welcoming to our late teen guests who arrived before the older adults in the group. Service from younger staff very good. Food lovely. Good wine list. Air con unit up too high, blowing onto tables.

   Lovely ambience. Busy but noise level was low. Food was nice but small portions and a bit overpriced. Service was slow at times.

   I have been to Maximilian's Bistro several times to celebrate special occasions and the food and service are always great and it's such a lovely experience to dine there.

   I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant—it exceeded my expectations! The food was excellent, well-portioned, and reasonably priced. The staff was lovely and attentive. Honestly, it’s the best dining experience I’ve had in a local restaurant since moving to Blanchardstown. I highly recommend it to all my friends! I went there to celebrate my husband birthday, and also we had a taste cheesecake 😋.

   Poor service. Food is bland. Overcooked steaks ... not a great experience

   We had a booking for 8pm and were seated promptly. It was about 25 minutes before we got a drink. Our chicken wing starters were cold. We didn’t get our mains until near 9:30. One of our party ordered a pizza without onion - it came with onion. To be fair they made a fresh pizza but it only took 3 minutes so was only barely cooked. One of our party ordered a drink and had to ask for it at least 3 times. One of a party had special dietary requirements and you couldn’t be share or confident that these were addressed. Expensive for okay food and poor service.
