Celebrating my Wife’s birthday we had an excellent meal. The service was magnificent as was the ambiance. Highly recommend this local spot.

Overall a good place to dine in ....but meals took quite long to be served. Service can be improved…..will help if costumers are frequently checked on to unsure all needs are met….it may also help to be kid friendly e.g providing colourings to keep them distracted. Food was great so I will definitely visit again….

I have been to the restaurant a few times and the service has been great, but tonight it was below part ! The front of house was very busy were left waiting for 15 min than the food I ordered stake medium rear and it came well done ! And when I asked check the girl was so rude and pointed finger at me and even paying bill the throw check at table and this the reason I didn't give tip I always give tip but service was so poor and it was first time I was so prised over that as this was first I time happened to me !

Easy booking, and was called twice (!) to confirm. Not sure if an end seat sticking out into corridor was the nicest. Food was good overall, but some of the seafood could be better. Will try something else next time. Gin and tonic was good value, but a surprise that there was no Guinness except the 0.0 version. Saturday night so it was noisy, but you could also call it ambience.

We left before ordering. I reserved a table 2 nights before dining for our wedding anniversary! On arrival, the place looked busy and smelled fabulous! However, the music was very loud. Regardless, we waited to be seated and the. We were out in what I would best describe as a table for 2 shoved into the kiddie area. We were seated between 2 big parties with lots of kids. While other diners were allocated tables in the quieter area, including a couple who came in after us. The music and over all noice was making us question whether we wanted to stay and then we were basically ignored for 15 mins. Only 1 menu was available so I had to look up the menu on my phone until someone handed me a second o w as they walked by. It was only when we decided to stand up and leave that we were approached and asked if we were ready to order. I completely understand that the place was busy and I’m delighted to see in the current climate that they are thriving but we felt like we were not important enough to be allocated a nice table, especially since I had put that it was for an anniversary when I booked. I’m sure the food is fabulous but we prob won’t be revisiting here. We headed accross the road to Rudys when even tho we had not booked, we received excellent service.

Very good local restaurant, never fails to disappoint. Great service, very reasonable cost and the food is always lovely.
