We love taking friends and family here. Maxie's is one of our all time favorite places to dine when in Milwaukee.

Amazing experience in every way, could not have asked for a better dinner venue. The food, service and ambience we're far more than I could have hoped for. We are absolutely returning for another amazing experience and this time try to not to have too much corn bread so we don't fill up too fast to enjoy our entrees. lol!

I’ve been here multiple times. They have the best happy hour. Oysters are a dollar and they are amazing. Shrimp and grits was awesome as usual. Did try the pecan crusted trout and will definitely have that again!

We were so pleased with the food and service at Maxie's and with great happy hour prices for drinks and oysters this place is a winner. My brother said their shrimp and grits was the best he ever had and he is a harsh critic. Well done! We'll be back.

Food was amazing per usual. I had the 4 piece fried chicken and it was SO much food. My husband got the pork cheeks. Both meals were delicious. Our server was slow but we were not in a hurry. We hadn't been there in awhile and loved some of the new additions to the menu.
