                                                                Every bite of food was absolutely delicious: filets, salads, crab cakes, and numerous sides. My father was thrilled with the menu choices and selected lamb chops. He said no one has them anymore and they were cooked and seasoned to perfection. He ate every bite. The restaurant and bar were busy with a great energy and vibe—felt cozy and welcoming. Properly staffed and all were well trained—we were very well taken care of. Virginia, the manager, introduced herself and checked on our table to ensure we were enjoying our meal and see if we needed anything. This type of service is rare today so even more appreciated. Wonderful meal and experience. We will be back.

                                                                Overall it was a good experience. Service was a bit slow but ok. It was also very nice that they comped a dessert as it was my husband’s birthday. The food was great with 2 exceptions. I ordered a side of asparagus and was asked if it was ok if prosciutto was on it. Sure, I said. It also ended up with an odd orange creamy sauce that o just tried to scrape off. The main reason my review isn’t better is that one third of my husband’s ribeye was too gristly to eat. We didn’t expect that on something that pricey. Spinach salad was very good, especially the dressing. Steak tartare was excellent and the side of fries was very good. We’d go back hoping the steak was an anomaly, and I’d ask for plain asparagus. Not an inexpensive place but portions are good sized.

                                                                Food was great. Only problem was the crab cake was awful! Barely any crab meat mostly breading. But the Steak AMAZING! Littleneck clams AMAZING x2!! Would definitely go again, just no crab cakes!

                                                                The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional. We ate the cherry from a cocktail and left the stem on the table. Our server noticed that and picked up. Really thoughtful attention to detail.

                                                                Always an outstanding experience for a special dinner. I’ve noticed lately how ever that the staff is very stiff. Professional - however would be nice to see a smile. Food always perfectly cooked and flavorful.
