Had reservation and were seated promptly but server was very slow to even take drink orders. No plates with shared pizza, nobody checking on us, no drink refills.

Nice meal. Portions were large- especially the fish and chips and the nachos. Loved the chicken on the nachos. Our server was very kind. Convenient spot to dine before the Cirque show.

Food was delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere was a little on the loud side, but we could stilll hear ourselves talk.

We came as a 16 person group and separated into two tables. We ordered food 5-10 minutes apart however the one table took an extra 30-45 minutes for food to arrive. It was mediocre food at best. Water was topped up once and with warm water. The bathrooms were in terrible shape and had no toilet paper. I wouldn’t go back here again!

The setting and atmosphere was beautiful, but the food and drink left a lot to be desired. They were out of the top 10 beers on the menu and out of kalua pork. Food took quite a while to arrive and when it did it missed the mark on flavor. The bar food was fine (burgers, fries) but the fish tacos and Mac nut mahi wasn’t that great. Overall disappointed because we came a few years ago and it was great.

QR code order system doesn’t work. Waited 15 minutes to get a beer. After 20 minutes more, got up and asked the “manager” if they could please service us. The rest of the evening my kids and I received an attitude for being the complaining customer. I’m in food service as well. It’s all about management and employee training. It appeared this location gets by as guests are tourists that’ll never be back.

I really wanted to like this place because the beers were good, the place looked nice and the vibe was cool but the service my party and I received was not great. Our waitress started off good when we sat down but after that pretty much never came back to us again until we asked for a manager. We'd see her go to other tables, seat people and then just walk off. We ended up walking over to the bar to order our own drinks, had another server deliver our food and then our waitress finally came over as if nothing was wrong. We were pretty confused by it since all we did was sit down and get menu's and order drinks. That was the extent of our exchange with our server. Unfortunately even after asking for a manager it didn't get much better which was sad because we really wanted to like this place.

Everything was really good EXCEPT the two young hostesses at the front door. They were rude, dismissive and unpleasant.

The beer selection was huge and I love that you could customize a flight. Ahi tuna salad was very tasty and the kids loved the cheese pizza. The only downside was the noise level.
