Absolutely enjoyed our first time here and the entire staff was amazing. Can’t say enough about the six course meal. That was simply special! My wife and I went here for our 22nd wedding anniversary and absolutely enjoyed it. Will definitely come again. By the way, they went above and beyond with celebrating our anniversary with so much hospitality! Top notch staff and venue!

Great Service, the food was awesome! The bar is very extensive with choices of spirits you rarely find in dining spots in Jacksonville! Great for Anniversaries or Birthday dinners!

The chef’s tasting menu gives you a front row seat to the action! Great course pairings, excellent food, superb staff, and they personalize the service to really make it a special dining experience. What a gem in the Jacksonville food scene!

Both our meals were excellent as was Ryan P, our server who we've had on previous visits and has always taken excellent care of us. It was our Anniversary and everyone, from the valets, to the hostess, to all of the serving staff acknowledged it and made us feel welcome. Overall, just another typically excellent evening at Matthew's.

They asked my daughter if she wanted truffles in her pasta dish ( that already was made with truffle oil) and she understood he was asking her if she was ok with the truffles and they charged $50 over her dish for the truffles. It felt it was done with the sole purpose of getting a big check. The soufflé of the day was peanut butter weird taste for a soufflé they didn’t even bring a small dessert for my bday and my dish had another garnish because they ran out of the one that was on the menu They didn’t asked which garnish I wanted they just made something weird like an onion filled with ground meat It’s like the waiter treat us bad
