We usually have great service and food at Matt’s & Tony’s but today was the exception. Our pancakes, bacon and chicken sausage were burnt. Service was less than stellar as we had to wait for our Server to return after prolonged periods of time. Unfortunately, we had to request the assistance of another server for condiments to accompany our meals after receiving them.

I always have an amazing experience at Matt & Tony’s. They NEVER disappoint. The food, the service, and atmosphere is outstanding!! Hopefully, they will open more locations in the area.

Overall the food was amazing. Shrimp and grits were great! Corn flakes French toast is a must try as well! Service was great. Drinks weren’t bad but small for value. Main thing I didn’t like was size of venue-way too small and we sat by plants so the entire time was spent batting away flies. Highly Annoying!

Matt and Tony’s was good. It’s small but it’s in Del Ray so it’s going to be small. Food was good, came out in timely manner. Service was great! I just wish there was salt and pepper on table and not having to ask server for some.

The food was really good. The issue is the amount of flies flying around. It was awful. Felt like I was fighting for my life trying to get through my meal. We were seated by the window where all the plants are and it was not the best experience. The waiter was very nice and efficient, but the swarm of flies really killed the vibes.
