Zapravo smo jako razočarani danasnjim iskustvom u restoranu Matsu. Suprug i ja inace rado idemo po restoranima i veselili smo se dolasku. Problem je nastupio zbog lose komunikacije s osobljem. Rezervacija je bila za danas 15.2. u 13:30h i napravili smo je prije cca 2 tjedna. U rezervaciji online smo jasno napisali da molimo stol kod kojeg mozemo staviti kolica jer dolazimo s djetetom i rezervacija nam je prihvaćena. Za slucaj da to nekome promakne osobno sam nazvala sljedeci dan da potvrdim da je ok da dodjemo s kolicima. Mlađa ženska osoba nam je potvrdila da su ljudi vec dolazili s kolicima i da ce nam se, kako je rekla, prilagoditi da kolica stanu i da sve bude u redu. Danas smo dosli na dogovorenu rezervaciju i konobarica nas odvodi do stola u sredini prostorije. Kolica stanu u prolaz do stola ali blokiraju dva stola i jedan od dva pristupa kaputima pa se odmah dogodilo da ljudi koji idu prema tim stolovima ili odloziti kaput se spoticu u kolica u kojima nam spava beba. Budući da je do nas 4-5 praznih stolova prebacujemo se za drugi stol bocno gdje kolica stanu i nikome ne smetaju. Mlada konobarica nam dolazi i obavještava nas da to nije nas stol i da tu imamo samo sat vremena, a na stolu u sredini do 15h. Objasnili smo u cemu je problem s kolicima pa nam taj stol ne odgovara, ona nam nervozno odgovara da se tu nista ne moze i da restoran danas ima preko 60 rezervacija. Muz odgovara da smo i mi jedna od rezervacija i ljubazno moli da nam se izađe u susret i dodijeli stol gdje kolica ne smetaju. Konobarica prvo odgovara da to sustav ne dozvoljava, onda na nasu ponovnu molbu kaze da ce vidjeti sto moze napraviti - vidimo je da odlazi do sanka i tamo ni ne dotakne računalo nego prica s kolegom. Muz odlazi provjeriti hocemo li dobiti stol kakav smo tražili i u online rezervaciji i telefonski i uzivo, i opet dobiva otresiti odgovor da to nije moguce jer nam je sustav dodijelio samo onaj jedan isključivi stol koji nam je problematičan. Nismo ostali.Zalosno sve skupa.

When we arrived we were told that we have to finish our dinner at 8:45 PM. We were not happy about it and we had to leave the place before we actually finished. I think that this information should be public (stated on the social media) and we should be informed about it at the moment we placed the reservation.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the service was extremely good and the food was fabulous!!! Huge value for money, see you all again soon!

It was very nice to have lunch again! The staff was very friendly and at service all the time we were there. Kudos to the team and cooks, the food was excelent!

Really nice local restaurant with global food. Good service, tasty food and good wine choices. Their cocktails are also aligned with the rest. The only reason why food is not 5* is due to the fact that it is too teriyakish. I would prefer it less sweet. More natural focused.

Hrana je bila dobra. Jeli smo: - losos tartar- 5/10- bio je previše kisel - Tom Yum Kha- 8/10- jako dobra juha - Yakitori ražnjići sa piletinom- 8/10- jako dobro Sushi: - BLUEFIN TUNA PRZENA U TEMPURI- 8/10- jako dobro - SPICY TUNA- 6/10- fali nekog dodatnog okusa LOSOS TERIYAKI- 6/10- ne osječa se teriyaki umak Dessert: - sladoled od zelenog čaja i kokosa - 7/10 - Yuzu cream- 6/10- fali dodatak voca ili neke podloge - Matcha bounty cake- 10/10 Kokteli su jako dobri, kao i usluga.
