The food was average and very expensive. Coming from Denver we expected better sushi than we can get at home. Not the case here. The KFC wings were just ok.

The salmon sushi/sashimi/roll was delicious as was the Barcelona roll. A very good restaurant.

This place was very close to our hotel so we decided to try it out because the pictures looked nice on OpenTable and it had good reviews. The hostess was nice and seated us right away. As soon as we saw the menu we noticed it was different than what was online. The veggie gyoza was now a mushroom gyoza which my husband doesn’t eat. OpenTable said the restaurant closed at 10 but they were actually closing at 9 so we felt rushed since we made an 8:15 reservation thinking we had plenty of time. I can’t have seaweed or bonito flakes and the waiter really had no other option for my dipping sauce for the tempura so I just asked for ponzu sauce. The albacore nigiri I ordered tasted fishy and was cold. I go to sushi a lot so I know it’s not supposed to taste that cold. The hotate was just ok. I went to a cheaper sushi restaurant a few days ago that had a much better and fresher hotate, this one just didn’t really have any flavor. The veggie and shrimp tempura was good, despite them not having the usual dipping sauce every other sushi place has for tempura. The sushi roll I ordered was also just ok. I liked the sauce they put on the roll but the tuna again was fishy and just didn’t taste fresh. They also don’t really know how to use soy paper because the roll just kept falling apart when I would try to pick it up. I ate as fast as I could so we could since they were having last call as I was eating and so we could just leave and go somewhere that had better options for us. Pretty disappointing for our last night in Seattle, we will not be going back.

I had the pioneer square roll and it was probably the best sushi told I have ever had!!! My friend has the chicken yaki soba and also loved it! This place is SO good and also had great service! Will definitely be coming back!!

Very courteous bar and wait staff. Food is always excellent and service top notch. One of my favorite places to eat in Seattle

Good was mediocre at best. Lovely venue. Service bit over the top. No one was there so overly helpful

Everything was fantastic. The noise was extremely high because we were sitting next to a very large group of people on a work function. Too loud to have a conversation at our table because of that group. However, every other aspect of the experience was superb top to bottom. Great food and service.
