The service is very good. But the food is just mediocre, at best, but it was served fresh and hot. We had the pre theater menu. Cesar salad, it lacked dressing which is fine, because the little that was on it tasted like bottled dressing. Spinach ravioli - there was so much sauce on it, it was hard to know what it tasted like. The salmon- while it wasn’t dripping in sauce, it too had too much. But the salmon under it was decent. Chocolate cake that was served for dessert was just a touch dry. Nothing special. I was told that it was made in house. I somehow doubt that, but if it was, it wasn’t fresh. This restaurant was supposed to be in Italian. I didn’t see many dishes that they actually serve in Italy. Where are the tomato sauce dishes? It’s definitely an American restaurant.

Excellent place to go for a pre-event dinner before going to the Kennedy Center. Great meal at a fair price for the DC metro area.

The service was great! Can’t believe the staff of two was so efficient. We didn’t wait long for anything. Bar tender was top notch- drink making and friendliness were unmatched!

Food was very average. Music too loud. Server was attentive but continually used the word “grab” when talking about getting something for us. “Grab” belongs at Burger King not at a $30/plate restaurant.

Stop rotating the waiters. The frequent changes in waiters take away from the friendliness of the mail Stay open seven nights a week
