I tried a few items and the food was decent but could be better. I didn’t like the crab and shrimp fettuccine pasta. The sauce was similar to apple sauce and not alfredo sauce. I would recommend the old bay wings. Also, the drinking glasses were not clean, and the service was unpleasant and rushed. I won’t be returning to this location.

Service excruciatingly slow for lunch in the bar on a moderately crowded Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Clearly understaffed in the bar area--bartender doing the best they could. 30+ minute ticket time for sandwiches and salads for a party of 6. Sandwiches were average, with surprisingly small portions of thin french fries flung haphazardly on the plate. Had better experiences at other Matchbox restaurants, so I believe the issue is specific to this location.

Very busy evening due to concert at Capital One arena. When seated myself and my friend sat for almost 30 min before our order was taken. Once we placed our order it then took almost an hour from time ordered to finally get our food. We started noticing that people who were seated after us were getting their food before us. We spoke to a manager but i didn’t get his name and explained and he just offered a free drink to suffice.

The service was good and accomodating for our group of 6. The food however was mediocre at best. I had the fish & chips which is usually a safe bet but shoestring are not my idea of chips. I noticed that no one finished their food which was disappointing they are all visiting from out of town and dinner was my treat. The cocktails were decent though.

Pizza as usual were great, Hostess and wait staff great even made up for error by getting us shots! Concern their air conditioning was not working on such a humid day and did not advise us prior. We had already sat down so we stayed, just felt sorry for their staff they all were sweating.

Service was efficient and our server was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good although the chicken fettuccini Alfredo was not a cream based sauce as I expected. I also requested extra sun-dried tomatoes and received literally just 1 tomato so that was disappointing. Pesto pizza and the chicken sandwich was amazing!
