Service was excellent from the host to the wait staff. Food was ok but we felt a few more healthy seafood or vegan entree options would be appreciated. Salmon entree was over cooked and the sauce for the salmon was just OK. The black bean burger was not great. The consistency of the black bean patty could be improved. We felt there could have been a couple more sandwich options as well. In the salad area a couple Bowl options would be good.

First time here and we are definitely coming back. Favorites: arancini, fig and prosciutto pizza, cream of crab soup.

Kevin K great. Check-in never read our request for indoor and the booth we always request and receive. Instead tried putting us outdoor and the smallest of tables. Disappointing. Applepear salad , fish and chips and fettuccine was great. Disappointed again to find out no strawberry cheesecake dessert was available.

The food was excellent and the staff was courteous and attentive - however - it took an exceptionally long time for food preparation. This also happened at the Matchbox in Arlington.

The entire experience seems to be driven by people who really don’t care. The people we encountered were nice enough, but very indifferent regarding sense of urgency regarding anything. We were not greeted for almost 10 minutes, but I will say that the server seemed to have more than seven or eight tables going at a time, so clearly they were understaffed. Our appetizers arrived before our first drinks, there was no pre-busing throughout the meal and when our check was delivered, all of our dirty plates were still on our table. The food is fine, nothing bad, but nothing special either.

Quite a few service mishaps during our dinner dining. Raised most concerns to management but there was no service recovery.

We were seated upstairs when the restaurant was empty… that was odd. Food was good. One plate came without gravy when it was supposed to have gravy and it took a while for the gravy to arrive. We were seated at a square booth that was a little too small for 6 people. And the restaurant was empty but we weren’t able to move

Not our first time there but always seems to disappoint. Service was slow but friendly. Incredibly loud inside, struggled to hear our server. Had made a reservation requesting outside seating & was told we’d have to wait an additional 40 minutes so we sat inside. It’s ok if you are in the area already but I won’t be back again.
