   I had made a reservation , chose standard table and not high table because I have a 4 and 2 year old. The table was not ready so we waited for them to set it, we were then taken to a high table with my two small kids in tow, so of course we had to wait for them to set a standard table. We ordered and all then adults got their food and my kids sat there waiting (obviously we didn’t start eating and gave them some off our plates) about 5 minutes later my 2 year olds Mac and cheese comes so I split that between the two boys and we all eat. I had to ask for the 4 year olds cheese pizza twice. If she would have just said they forgot I would have understood but she lied and said the kitchen was backed up. It’s cheese pizza, 10 minute wait max .. steak should not have come before it. Apple juice was served in glass cocktail cups. They have a kids menu, they should be kid friendly. It was disappointing for sure.

   I’ve been here a few times for brunch and dinner. The food is generally good, especially when it is not busy. The quality of the food is inconsistent during busy periods, especially when big games nights (eg Super Bowl, NHL playoffs etc) are on. The service is always great and the servers are friendly. The place is big with many sections which can be reserved for big groups. It can be very noisy and hard to have a proper conversation during games nights.

   Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. She came a round few times asked if all is good. She was available when we needed something . Was not too loud so you can talk and hear everyone which is nice. My food order was good. My friend who used a coupon for free appetizer noticed after she paid and left was charged half the price of her appi for some reason. Other than that all was good . Service good and food was good .    Had some friends there for dinner. The game day specials were on for food and beverage. The prices are fair and the staff worked hard to seat and serve the customers arriving

   Seated 8:05 pm for ur reservation Waited for 15 min to see if any server; finally have to go to bar tender ask for service; nobody came for another 15 min; ask for the manager; I hv to flag her down for service; to wait as they were having emergency in the bathroom After 30min or so; male manager comes to apologize and if we wanted water. Ordered the menu from the invite email stipulated; food arrive no crab meat. Waitress seems not to know; until I showed the Email I received.

   We have been going to Match for many, many years. Went on New Year’s Eve and expected it to be busy but was not packed. 30 minutes to get our first drinks, 45 minutes after we ordered to get our appys and the only reason we got them was because we asked another waitress we know well to help us out. Everyone in our party was very disappointed.

   Good variety to choose from the menu. Good service, good food, affordably priced.
