The greeting at the door was top notch as we were escorted to the elevator and the staff upstairs notified of our arrival. The ambiance was perfect with the exception of very loud piped in music. A simple request to lower it a bit was met with ease and appreciated. Everything was spectacular, but if ordering the double pork chop, just be aware it may need some thought and discussion as to how it will be cooked. Medium come out medium rare; not thinking that's a good idea for pork. The staff were gracious, whisked the platter away with sincerity and purpose. And re-presented the dish cooked perfectly. I highly recommend.

This had to rank as one of the top 2 best steaks I have ever eaten. The service was A+ and the ambience was top tier.

Quite possibly the worst steak I’ve ever had out dining (including TGIF’s). Dry, overcooked, 0 flavor. Drinks were mid at best. Bread sucked and they didn’t ask us if we wanted it, they just brought it to the table and charged us $6 for it. Ambiance and decor are dated. Service is actually overdone. They called me before and after the reservation which was weird and insincere.

Food was fine just very over priced 38.00$ per each Bering Sea Crab Claw yikes !!! That is crazy Service was good but our Waiter Aladdin was very nice but soft spoken and hard to hear as the noise level was off the hook. Between just the chatter and the music had to constantly ask him over and over again what he said. Also my guest was very upset with the noise level. Overall all I can say we should have went to another Steak House in the city. Will not return ! Too expensive for the quality and the noise level was just too much

We ordered salmon and filet mignon both of which came out sizzling hot which was nice. However, the salmon was not cooked enough and the filet was over cooked. It was Sunday so maybe the “B” kitchen team was working. Nevertheless, at these prices, perfection should be the norm. Mastro’s failed us.

The lobster mashed potatoes were horrible. Super overpriced. Not that many people there. I don't see them lasting a long time at that location.

First time coming to Mastro’s and was amazed the moment I walked through the door. Service was amazing, the food breath taking in both presentation and taste. Can’t wait to return.
